Greetings:

The letter No.77-300 dated 17/8/77 of the committee for Monitoring the Implementation of the Constitution and it’s attachment regarding seizure and confiscation of the training materials of the Bahá’í sect, was brought to the attention of the President, a copy of which is herewith attached, stating:

It was decided that the issue be formally reviewed and evaluated and a comprehensive  opinion be submittedt to the Supreme Council as soon as possible. Please order a follow up expeditiously.”
